AOD408 is an N-channel MOS tube suitable for a maximum operating voltage of 30V and a maximum current carrying capacity of 70A. Its on-resistance is 7mΩ at 10V and 9mΩ at 4.5V. The threshold voltage is 1.8V, and normal conduction can only be achieved when the control voltage is greater than the threshold. The package type is TO252.
